What counts as a "customer"?+
Anyone you invite into their portal with an active link. Disabling a customer stops billing for them immediately.
Do I need a specific HubSpot plan?+
The timeline, tickets, documents, and quotes work on any HubSpot plan with those objects enabled. The pre-built workflow automations specifically require Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or higher, since that's what HubSpot's own Workflows tool requires.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. You pay the monthly rate above, based on how many customers you've actually invited.
What happens after the trial?+
Your 7-day trial supports up to 25 invited customers for free. Add a card any time to keep going past either limit.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — billing is month-to-month, managed through Stripe's billing portal from inside PortalShip.
