PortalShip doesn't duplicate your data into a second database. Timelines, tickets, quotes, and documents all read and write straight to HubSpot — disconnect us and you keep everything, exactly as it was.
Native, not bolted on
Support replies happen from a card on the actual HubSpot ticket. Automations are real HubSpot workflows. If it can live inside HubSpot instead of a separate system, it does.
Nothing for customers to install
No app, no password, no HubSpot seat. A magic link is the entire onboarding.
