Workflows
Pre-built HubSpot workflows you can install with one click instead of building them by hand: “Invite customer when a ticket is created” and “Invite customer when a deal is created.” Installed state is read live from your HubSpot account, so this page always reflects what’s actually there.
Automation rules
Your own rules for automatically emailing a customer, built around two kinds of triggers: a HubSpot ticket or deal changing to a specific stage, or a set number of days before a date property (like a deal’s close date). Write or reuse an email template for each rule. Each rule only ever fires once per matching record per day, so re-checking never double-sends.
Email templates
Rich-text templates used by your automation rules (and by the transactional emails PortalShip sends on your behalf — invites, ticket replies, file requests). Supports inline images.
